Comfortable accommodation with perfect setting adjacent to Birr Castle and downtown, public transport / taxis and downtown. Breakfast with pastries, croissants and Barry's Tea. Very friendly and incredible staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel's location near Birr Castle, downtown, the garden, and public transport/taxis was very convenient. the property is situated in a quiet area, which was nice. We enjoyed having a drink at Gettin' Basted, which was just 1 mile away. Our room was comfortable, and we had an absolutely stunning view of the garden.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The hospitality was top-notch, the room was well-equipped and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made scrambled eggs. The location was perfect for attending a nearby wedding, and the staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with coffee and biscuits before I had to leave.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and was served promptly. The location was great, close to town but still in a quiet area which allowed for a good night's sleep.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very friendly. , the overall decor and furnishings of the room seemed outdated and could use some refreshing.

One minor issue was the hardness of the pillows. It would have been nice to have a softer option available.
