Wonderful base for a 2-night stay. The rooms with comfortable decor. Incredible staff all over the place. Beautiful and particularly good location in a quiet area, easy to get around.

Unbelievable and absolutely great hotel in an ideal position in a quiet area. Accommodating and beautiful room with beautiful views, an iron and tea/coffee. Comfortable design in the rooms, outstanding food.

Comfortable accommodation with perfect setting adjacent to Birr Castle and downtown, public transport / taxis and downtown. Breakfast with pastries, croissants and Barry's Tea. Very friendly and incredible staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The hotel's location near Birr Castle, downtown, the garden, and public transport/taxis was very convenient. the property is situated in a quiet area, which was nice. We enjoyed having a drink at Gettin' Basted, which was just 1 mile away. Our room was comfortable, and we had an absolutely stunning view of the garden.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The hospitality was great, the room was well-equipped and super clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made scrambled eggs. The location was perfect for attending a nearby wedding, and the staff was helpful, providing me with coffee and biscuits before I had to leave.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and was served promptly. The location was great, close to town but still in a quiet area which allowed for a good night's sleep.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized and not very friendly. , the overall decor and furnishings of the room seemed outdated and could use some refreshing.

The breakfast options were fantastic, with freshly made granola pots and homemade scones that were absolutely delicious. The location was also a plus, with beautiful views of the countryside. The comfortable bed and freshly laundered bedding ensured a great night's sleep.

One minor issue was the hardness of the pillows. It would have been nice to have a softer option available.
